7 days detox

Hello! The New Year is almost here! I can't believe it! I wanted to share something with you. I went on a detox cleanse right after Thanksgiving! Everyone was giving me different opinions and advice what to do and what not to do. I heard about juicing over and over, and honestly I wasn't feeling it and did not have the need to do that. I have nothing against it at all, I just don't want to be having runs for a week. Straight up! Anyways, a great Momma Chef name Jenny Ross owns a Raw Vegan restaurant called, " 118 degrees, " and , " Be Well Kitchen," in Santa Ana. I contacted her and signed up for their detox program.  7 days of raw vegan meals prepared for me. It have to admit it was a little tough because I am very active with training and always running around so I also had to up my protein in different ways besides eating chicken. So 7 days of 3 meals a day prepared for me, LOTS of water, PLENTY of rest, Determination, and I did it! No bloating, lost 2 pounds of crap, clean poops, and clear skin! I have a new respect for veggies now!
