Kid's are out for summer, means fun in the sun, and not time for the gym.

So , the kid's are out of school for summer and that means you won't have time to go to the gym to workout right? Well...... you can do so many great workouts right at home! Get the kids involved and stay active with them! Take them out for a nice jog, park, etc... I really enjoy doing some workouts at home than at the gym because it's more private for me. I go to the gym mainly for their weights, classes, and machines but I do my mini 30 minutes workouts at home 7 days a week =) No excuses momma's! Work it at home =)
