7 days detox

Hello! The New Year is almost here! I can't believe it! I wanted to share something with you. I went on a detox cleanse right after Thanksgiving! Everyone was giving me different opinions and advice what to do and what not to do. I heard about juicing over and over, and honestly I wasn't feeling it and did not have the need to do that. I have nothing against it at all, I just don't want to be having runs for a week. Straight up! Anyways, a great Momma Chef name Jenny Ross owns a Raw Vegan restaurant called, " 118 degrees, " and , " Be Well Kitchen," in Santa Ana. I contacted her and signed up for their detox program.  7 days of raw vegan meals prepared for me. It have to admit it was a little tough because I am very active with training and always running around so I also had to up my protein in different ways besides eating chicken. So 7 days of 3 meals a day prepared for me, LOTS of water, PLENTY of rest, Determination, and I did it! No bloating, lost

Trust the path that your heart tells you to.  Had such a beautiful jog this morning after dropping off the little homiez. I love my job♡

I absolutely  love being a personal trainer.  I get to meet so many great women and make new friendships.  To know that I inspire someone is truly a blessing.  I am a full time mom, photographer and personal trainer.  These are not work for me because if you love what you do then you don't have to work a day in your life♡

A nice clean healthy dinner for my boo's♡

I love  cooking with bright veggies! It kind of brings your dinner to life! I used  coconut oil to sauté  the veggies,  threw in some ground turkey added some salt and pepper and a tbsp of sauce  and there you have it =) served with quiona. My boys loved it!! You can add whatever seasoning you like, but try not to put too much salt etc...because you want to appreciate the natural flavors from the veggies!

A little thought for tonight. I'm not really a blogger or a writer so I am just going to go with the flow and let my heart speak for itself. I have been going through a crazy emotional roller coaster ride for the past couple of year's and this year it has just been cuuccooo!!! I just have to say that there have been people in my life that have been just tearing me down and hurting me. So negative in every way! I know we all deal with people like this daily and I always say let them go and move on right? I just need to take a deep breath because I am no longer going to take this crazy emotional abuse and going to fly! So to the negative poo poo head's, You are not going to bring me down anymore, nor hold me down from flying, cause this momma don't give a shit and I'mma do me! HOLLA

What a great way to end the week and start the weekend♡

Meal prep on Monday so I had delicious  and healthy meals for me for the week!  Meal prepping  saves me time and money and it is so worth it if  you're a busy momma  like me♡ had some fun gym sessions as well with some great Positive  women. I am a full time  mommy and I have two businesses, so I make sure I plan everything around my exercise. It is so important to me to get my exercise  in my daily activities.  Have a great labor day weekend ♡

Us mommas need time to ourselves too!

Just because you're a mom, doesn't mean that you can't have a gf  getaway!!! It is so important to have time to yourself! Once a year I have a girl's  Vegas trip to relax, hang by the pool, and literally sleep in because those blackout  curtains in the hotel rooms are no joke!!!!  Yes I did feel guilty at first, but then you know what? The kids are taken care of and this will help me rejuvenate  and get ready for their crazy school year! So mommas, make time for yourself! Have a one night getaway and live♡

Don't be afraid to lift! Lifting weights will tone and sculpt your body mommas!!

Some mommma's have told me that they don't want to lift weights because they don't want to look like a man! Momma's that is so not true! You won't grow balls and a dong from it! I promise!!! Lifting weights will help you burn calories and sculpt your body =) Don't be scared!! Holla!!

 Good morning Tuesday!!! Woke up today with a big smile! I don't know why, I just did! When you wake up feeling good, then you are bound to have a great day! Everyday is a new day to do the things you didn't get to do yesterday! It's a new day erase all the negative juju you had yesterday and start fresh! Kid's are out for summer, means fun in the sun, and not time for the gym.

So , the kid's are out of school for summer and that means you won't have time to go to the gym to workout right? Well...... you can do so many great workouts right at home! Get the kids involved and stay active with them! Take them out for a nice jog, park, etc... I really enjoy doing some workouts at home than at the gym because it's more private for me. I go to the gym mainly for their weights, classes, and machines but I do my mini 30 minutes workouts at home 7 days a week =) No excuses momma's! Work it at home =) xox, Dolly

Fresh is always better

Hello!! With summer being so hot all my kids want are juice and ice cream.  I've been giving them fresh berries and fruits in general. I want my boys to appreciate nature's real flavor and have been trying my very best to cut out artificial sugars and flavors from their eating habits. Everything is a learning process. Xox, Dolly
Hello mommas!!!! I know with the kids being out of school it's hard for some of us to make it to the gym or even get a workout in because of work, keeping the kids entertained etc.. there's so many great workouts that we can do at home too!! Here's one of my favorites!  It gets the booty and legs nice and toned! I do 4 sets of 30, do what you can. Make sure your posture is good. Knees shouldn't pass the toes, or go inwards. Don't lean forward. You got this momma!!!!!

Clean Eating 101

Hello! So below are some basic sample on how to get started on clean eating! I really don't think of it as a diet. What is a diet?  You think of restrictions right? I feel that one should go on a diet if it's medically necessary or if you're competing for a certain goal. To me, it's all about balance and portion control =) I did that diet thing for 3 month's for a NPC Competition and yes, I got some abs, but let's be real...I'm a mom and my boys are in sports, so there's going to be pizza parties! Health is all about balance mommas!! Just limit yourself and you're all good.

Surround yourself with Positive People

Happy Monday!!! Today I can't help but wake up with a smile! I surround myself with positive people that sends nothing but good vibes. The picture above are some of the momma's from my kid's school. Our kids are in  the same class, and we all have such a great bond. Missing some mom's in the picture, but they know who they are. It's hard to meet people with good intentions. So many women can be so mean!!! Women should empower one another  and bring each other up ,not down. We barley have time to get the laundry done, so why let drama waste out time right??  Love you gals to the moon and back! xox, Dolly

I'm now a yelper!  I will be trying new fun fitness classes and will be yelping about them giving the real honest 411 to see if it's chill for us ladies to go to =) follow me and hope you will try some fun new classes too! Feeling more Motivated than ever!!!!

Happy Sunday and happy Father's day! I woke up this morning and met my friend Teresa up at her place to get a nice workout! We worked out and it was just a fun day because we both stayed focused! I got the chance to practice some abs work on her! I am feeling more and more pumped to get my Fitness career started! I got certified, and now time to get insurance of course! Always gotta be safe! I am working on some promo products and can't wait to share it with everyone. My goal is to work with women and momma's. To let one know that anything is possible. I have to say, after having kids, I kind of lost myself. My main focus was them and it's okay because that's what mom's do right? As time passed by, I realized that I was forgetting to take care of one main person. "MEEEEE!!!" So I trained for a NPC Bikini competition to mark off my momma's bucket list. Getting out of the comfort zone.

Hello Mommas!!!!! I have been wanting to do this for a while!  I love exercising and trying new things that has to do with fitness! I will be trying new activities that is related to fitness and will be posting about them and giving you ladies the 411! Let's step out of our comfort zone and try new things! There are so many fun activities that we can do out there! A lot of places offer free week trials, one day trial, and group deals!  Last Friday I did Pilates and spin for the first time! This was at Pilate Plus Cycle in Old Towne Orange. Their cost for first time clients are $15.00 instead of the regular classes that are $30.00 a class. I know, it is a little pricey but I have to say it was so worth it! I am so sore from the workout, in a good way though! My core is on fire! After kids, our abs are torn apart and our core become very weak! So it is important for us mommas to get it nice and strong! I have to say, hands down, Pilates is the way to go!
