Clean Eating 101

Hello! So below are some basic sample on how to get started on clean eating! I really don't think of it as a diet. What is a diet?  You think of restrictions right? I feel that one should go on a diet if it's medically necessary or if you're competing for a certain goal. To me, it's all about balance and portion control =) I did that diet thing for 3 month's for a NPC Competition and yes, I got some abs, but let's be real...I'm a mom and my boys are in sports, so there's going to be pizza parties!
Health is all about balance mommas!! Just limit yourself and you're all good.
