Hello mommas!!!! I know with the kids being out of school it's hard for some of us to make it to the gym or even get a workout in because of work, keeping the kids entertained etc.. there's so many great workouts that we can do at home too!! Here's one of my favorites!  It gets the booty and legs nice and toned! I do 4 sets of 30, do what you can. Make sure your posture is good. Knees shouldn't pass the toes, or go inwards. Don't lean forward. You got this momma!!!!!
